Shipping fees

Free shipping on all orders over €100. For orders under this amount, a flat fee of €8.99 applies.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Some factors will affect the processing time as well, such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or seasonal high demand. When this happens, we will reach out to the customer via email before the order is processed to ensure successful delivery.

 

Shipping Time

Orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days or 7-15 business days, depending on the products you order. Check the delivery time information in your shopping cart.

Factors that can affect shipping where we have no control over include:
Weather; Holiday Season; Shipping company error; Unexpected events or disasters

Despite not having control over these, we will try our best to keep you informed with all of the information we can provide and that is available for us to use.

 

Taxes and Duties

Placing an order with us does not include any possible customs tax or duties that your country might impose on packages coming from outside of your country. You will be responsible for paying these charges, and should you want to clarify the rates, please contact your country’s customs office.

Please note: SUPERNOVA ONLINE STORE is not responsible for any delay caused by the destination country’s customs clearance process, as that is solely up to them when to release your package, and we do not have control over that.

 

Order cancellation 

Contact us and we will do our best to help. We cannot guarantee cancellation as orders are immediately passed on to the warehouse. If it has already been processed or shipped we are unable to cancel your order and you will have to return the product.
